The elementary, middle, and high school curricula contain complete and sequenced lesson plans and are aligned with National and State Physical Education Standards. Activities are designed to provide deliberate practice of such competencies as self-management, responsible decision-making, leadership, problem-solving, and learning to work as a member of a team.
Assessment tools are included. The elementary school curriculum includes over 130 activities and 67 lesson plans for grades K-5, the middle school curriculum includes 71 activities and 44 lesson plans, and the high school curriculum includes 128 activities and 84 lesson plans.
